Haircuts seemed to be the order of the day

Seeing as the weather has been so hot I thought I would tackle the task of giving the dogs a haircut....Angel the white one carried on a treat, whinging and fidigty the whole way through it...
Hobbles my boy on the other hand was marvellous....Laid there, turned when I wanted him too and did exactly what he was told....He did get a bit nervous though when I got too close to his stumpie leg...He protects it at all costs so I was extra careful.....

The kids are calling them the lost sheep and the cow.....You can guess who is meant to be what....lol

Then out of the blue my teenage son Joshua comes in and says "Mum I want you to shave my head".....I nearly fell off my chair....This child you practically have to drag to the hairdressers to get a trim, never mind about all hair to be removed...

Twice I asked him are you sure????.....Yes came the answer so I quickly set everything up before he had time to change his mind....

Now if only he would get rid of that facial hair.....

  7. Hi Mandy, just been over visiting everyone on Facebook. I've discovered some things over there about controlling your privacy that I'm sure a lot of people (those that have been complaining about how much Facebook shows of your personal stuff) are not aware of.

Thank you whoever (or whatever) is responsible for the drop in temperature, a drop of 23 degrees from yesterday no less (I suppose everyone will be running around with colds now).

Those haircuts'll help the pups keep cool if the hot stuff comes back. Quite a good job from what I can see.

Joshua does look older than 15. I took him to be in his early 20s. Same haircut as mine, but I look more handsome - right?

  8. Yes your son does look older and the dogs would appreciate the shave...I did not realize just how hot the temperature you people in the south have been experiencing...47 degrees my goodness.

Trust all is well with you all
